These Terms of Service govern your use of networkaware.us, operated by NetworkAware, a licensed low-voltage contractor (California LIC #1069555). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This website provides information about NetworkAware's low-voltage services and lets you request a project quote. The information here is for general purposes and does not itself constitute a contract for services.

Any quote, estimate, or discussion is preliminary and non-binding. Actual work is performed only under a separate written agreement that defines scope, price, and terms. Submitting a request does not create a contractor-client relationship or obligate either party to proceed.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the site, its security, or its underlying infrastructure
• Attempt to access areas or data you are not authorized to access
• Use automated means to scrape or harvest data in a way that burdens the site
• Submit false information or another person's information without permission

When you submit a quote request, you confirm the information is accurate and that you consent to be contacted by NetworkAware about your inquiry by phone, text, or email. Your submission is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site or these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
